Preschool Graduation and Last Day

Building up to Connor starting Kindergarten, several people have asked me how I feel about the big milestone. For the most part, I've been fine. He’s ready and I know he’s going to love his new school. But, by far the hardest part of this is that it means we’re leaving the amazing preschool that has been part of our lives for over six years (first with Evan, then Connor nearly his entire life). So many good memories for him and for me since they shared photos in daily reports. As a non-crafty mom, I appreciate that they did ALL the messy stuff, like playdoh, shaving cream, string art, and the worst – slime! He’s had wonderful teachers and I know he’ll walk into Kindergarten fully prepared because of the foundation they built. Thank you, CLC! We will miss you!

I gathered up a few of my favorite photos over the years that were taken. It was SO hard to pick because I received photos of my smiling, happy boy on a regular basis. I am especially grateful for Sarah, his sweet teacher for the last three+ years. The very first thing he asked me to do after I took his first day of Kindergarten photo was to send it to Ms. Sarah. I think he's going to miss her too.

He graduated in early June, with a sweet ceremony where he was awarded the "Red Hot" award for his red hot dance moves! So fitting!

With Ms. Sarah...

And Ms. Stephanie too!

So many wonderful friendships.

We will miss this place for sure, but he's ready for the next big adventure.
