A Different Kind of Summer

Due to the pandemic (isn't that the way everything starts now?), a typical summer of vacations and travel was curtailed. But it didn't stop us entirely from having some fun. We definitely got out the big pool a bit more for the kids to enjoy.







Like a LOT of people, we watched Hamilton on Disney Plus and that played into the 4th of July choice of dress.



We enjoyed fireworks at home.





We went hiking.







and visited Bernheim Forest to see the Forest Giants.









Connor modeled the accessory of 2020!









We hung out with grandparents outside.



Dan celebrated a birthday!





And there were lots of antics.









The boys both started playing tennis, which has been fun for all of us when we can go to the court and play together on a nice day.





Hoping Summer 2021 allows a little more freedom, but we made the best of it and had fun together.
