Evan went to see his grandparents in Ohio this weekend. It was his first overnight trip out of town. Dan and I came to the conclusion that we'll have to rent a U-Haul for Christmas because of all the stuff a baby requires when traveling. It was a fun weekend, but too short as always.
Here he is trying to convince Poppy that it's as much fun to chew on the remote as it is to watch the game.
Cozying up with Aunt Missy at Justin and Jake's birthday party.
I looked at my 401k and decided it was time the bambino got a job! Kidding! Evan was selected as a spokesbaby for a company called Sass and Fras to model and blog about their product, called the Baby Bloak (a mix between a blanket and a cloak). He got his bloak last week and I took a few pics this weekend. It's a neat concept and he took to it right away by chewing on it.
Evan rolled over for the first time today at the pediatrician's office! He had to show off his new skills. That, and he really wanted to chew on that paper stuff they put on the exam table. He repeated his performance tonight at home for the camera. Make sure you listen to the end to see what Evan has to say!
Wasn't it just yesterday that we brought Evan home from the hospital? It sure seems like it, but four months have already passed and he's now a cooing, giggling, almost rolling over, drooling baby boy. He's officially in the 90th percentile for weight at 17 pounds and 95th percentile for height at nearly 26 inches! We were running all day yesterday and Evan fell asleep before we could take pictures so here are a few four month pics, one day late...
