Dear Santa, I can explain....

One of Evan's favorite things to do is unpack. Doesn't matter what it is, diaper bag, suitcase, toy bin, if it's a container with something in it, he must investigate. Mommy's purse is no exception. This morning he found it within his reach and this was the result.

First he found the Andes mint...

Then my wallet (he went right for the money - smart kid!)...

And finally, the lipstick...

"This isn't my color!"

18 Months

Didn't we just have Evan's first birthday party last week? Where did six months go already? The baby I could sit in the floor with a bunch of toys while fixing dinner? He's been replaced by a running, talking, singing, giggling, mischievous toddler. Evan has become the little parrot in our house, learning and repeating new words every day. He loves going outside and playing. Which is fine with us - anything that'll wear this kid out!

He has two new 'obsessions' - hats ...

...and a book called "Albuquerque Turkey." He wouldn't pose for the official 18 month pic without his book. Happy Baby = Happy Parents!
