So I kind of got lazy about posting the monthly milestone updates on Evan. But I'm back on track now, and he's giving me plenty to report. Evan took his first few steps at 14 months old, and there's no stopping him now. He's quite the little mover. With walking comes the transition to toddlerhood - new rooms at school and church, growing curiosity, and a budding independent streak. He must really love hearing us say 'no!' because he just laughs and continues about his task.
He has some great new facial expressions and is doing his best to say 'thank you' and 'all gone.' He also loves rearranging the contents of the drawers and cabinets in my kitchen.
And I decided a few weeks ago that it's never too early to start training them. He is definitely his mother's son:
